My academic background
M.A. HSG SIM - University of St.Gallen
I completed a Master of Arts in Strategy and International Management (SIM) at the University of St.Gallen after earning a B.A. in International Affairs.
This program has been ranked as the world's top international Master in Management by the Financial Times for twelve consecutive years.
The ranking underscores the program's commitment to entrepreneurship, global citizenship, and a purpose-driven educational approach.
Scholarship Grant "Japan Year" SJCC, 2007
Being fortunate to be granted the Swiss-Japanese Chamber of Commerce Scholarship, it kickstarted the development of my business network in Japan early in my career.
During this "Japan Year," I started into the Mobility market and enhanced my language proficiency.
Upon returning to Europe, I was appointed to the board of the organization, marking a milestone in my professional journey.

⏤
I always keep in mind my three core values.
01.
Getting things done
A strategy's true value lies in its execution. And the sense of accomplishment emerges only when milestones are reached, and the project is realized.
It’s about transforming dialogue into a fertile ground for breakthroughs, where attention breeds insights that propel projects. Embracing this practice ensures that solutions are deeply informed and resonantly effective.
02.
Listen to understand,
not to answer
Understanding forms the cornerstone of my approach. Engaging with clients requires more than just echoing or disputing the brief — it demands a thoughtful quest for solutions.
This deep listening allows me to grasp the nuanced and firmly understand where solutions need to maximise their effect.
03.
Develop brokers of change
I consistently encourage my team and stakeholders to make decisions, contribute value, and further develop initiatives or projects. As we adapt in our roles alongside the business, my goal is to develop brokers of change who will propel the project forward.
These individuals will persist as catalysts for change, ensuring the project's success regardless of my participation.
